These Auto-Pay Terms & Conditions of LionZO Technologies Private Limited ('LionZO' / 'We') must be read in conjunction with the https://zoworld.co.in/terms-of-use('Terms'). Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the same meaning as defined in the Terms. 

1. You may be required to pay fees (either a one-time payment or a recurring fee), to avail some Services on the Platform.
2. If you are charged a fee, you agree to share with us, a valid, subsisting and current payment method. In case of recurring fee, you authorize us to charge the then prevailing subscription fee on a recurring basis through your submitted payment methods, unless you cancel or discontinue your subscription as per the terms laid down for such cancellation or discontinuation. 
3. We may provide the options to choose from multiple payment methods as determined in our sole and absolute discretion including without limitation credit card, debit card, Unified Payment Interfaces, net-banking etc.
4. If you agree to pay recurring fee, your third-party payment methods provider may send you notifications prior to charging of the requisite recurrent fee. Please review the terms and conditions of your respective third-party payment method provider. LionZO is not responsible for any actions or inactions of the third-party payment method provider. 
5. If a payment is not settled for any reason including due to insufficiency of funds and you have not cancelled your access to or subscription of the Services, we reserve the right to (a) suspend your access to Services till we receive the requisite payment amount; (b) provide Services available for a lower fee or for a shorter duration, if any; or (c) provide free Services, if any. If you decide to make a payment to us, you authorize us to charge from the payment method all costs for or in relation to processing payments and providing Services including applicable taxes, banking charges, processing fees and any other similar charges. 
6. Nothing contained in these terms requires LionZO to continue to provide any form of payment or billing method. We may change, alter or modify any fees or payment and billing method for Services or part of the Services at any time in our sole discretion. Except for reasons mentioned in these Terms, any privileges granted to you pursuant to any correct and lawful payment of fee or purchase made by you will not be restricted or adversely affected by change in fee or any payment or billing method. If we change any payment or billing method, the changes will become effective after we have notified you about such change and after the conclusion of the term of your then existing privileges.
7. All the payments made to LionZO are non-refundable and you do not have any right to claim any refunds, credits or vouchers for any unutilized portion of the Services or for not utilizing the payments or fees within the period of validity of such fees. Nothing contained herein prevents LionZO from offering partial/full refund to users who meet such criteria as determined by LionZO from time to time.
8. You may cancel the recurring fee authorization through the respective third-party payment method provider or through the Platform.
9. You may pause the recurring fee authorization on the Platform for such time period as you may determine. Pausing recurring fee authorization does not cancel your recurring fee authorization. The subscription fee will be automatically deducted either (a) after the pause period i.e culmination of the period for which recurring fee authorization was paused or (b) when you use Services/features on the Platform, whichever is earlier. 
10. To reiterate, all the contents of the Terms including without limitation, Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law and Jurisdiction are deemed to be incorporated herein and
